HL share Offer
In the spring of 2007 some of Hargreaves Lansdown Plc shares were made available to selected clients and institutions as part of an IPO. The shares were issued at 160p. The shares started trading on 15 May 2007 and were formally admitted on 18 May. The Offer is now closed. Shares can be bought and sold on the open market.
