How do I get a copy of the Annual and Interim statements?

As the Company joined the main market of the London Stock Exchange in May 2007, Interim statements have not previously been published. However, our first interim statement is now available online, in the section Key financial data » Financial reports and presentations. If you hold shares as part of our nominee service, you will be able to access both documents online as and when they are published at the link above. If you are a shareholder outside of our nominee service, you will have had the opportunity – when we wrote to you in October 2007 – to opt for receiving notification of documents being published online, by post or email, or receive a hard copy in the post if you specifically requested. You will have the opportunity to change the way you receive these documents in October 2008, when we write to you again.

What do I do if I have lost my share certificate?

If you hold your shares in one of the Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage Accounts, you will not have a share certificate. Your shares are held safely on your behalf by Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited.

However, if this is not the case and your certificates have been lost or stolen the Registrar can arrange for a duplicate certificate to be issued. Contact the Registrar on the Shareholder Helpline number 0870 601 5366. The Registrar will need to arrange for you to complete an indemnity covering the company for any loss arising from a dispute as over who owns the shares. There may be a charge payable.
