Paul joined the firm ( as Morley Fund Management ) in October 2006. Paul previously worked as Senior Portfolio Manager (Real Estate Europe) at ABP Investments since 2002, after having joined in 1997. ABP is based in Amsterdam and is the pension fund for employers and employees within the Dutch government and the educational sector. He also worked for ABP in New York. Paul is an experienced fund manager with specialist knowledge of UK, European and US listed real estate securities. At ABP he was responsible for all the investment decisions into a €4.5 billion listed European real estate fund. He was also responsible for setting up the listed fund structure in Europe and for co-ordinating the global real estate allocation process. Paul holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Maastricht and a Masters in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. He is a registered fund manager and analyst of the Dutch Securities Institute and a Member of the CFA Institute. He is a CFA charterholder.
