Prior to that he worked as an accountant for an insurance company in South Africa after leaving Andersen Consulting, who were his first employer. Academic training:Richard graduated from the Universityof Natal, Durban with a Bachelor of Commerce. In addition he is a passed finalist of the Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
