Colin has over 20 years' experience of making investment decisions across a broad spectrum of the investment industry. Before joining SWIP in 2004, he was chief investment manager at Alliance Trust, responsible for the implementation of investment strategy, managing a global financial portfolio and a US regional portfolio.

Colin holds a BA (Hons) in commerce and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
