HL Research - Our view on this Fund

Mark Dampier This fund adopts a distinct ‘value’ style which basically means the managers scour the market for undervalued companies. For example, they have recently built a small exposure to property. While property has been under pressure, the managers are finding pockets of value in some areas. This investment style has been out of favour, but we could be at a turning point where the market recognises the benefits of this type of approach once again.
