Marina joined Rathbones in February 2000 after graduating from Durham University with first class BSc Honours in Natural Sciences (Philosophy and Archaeology).

Marina co-managed the Rathbone Smaller Companies Fund with Carl Stick since 2003, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day management of the portfolio. In July 2005, Marina became the sole manager of the fund.

Marina holds the Investment Management Certificate and the Securities Institute Diploma. She is also a Fellow of the Securities Institute.

Marina enjoys travel and has undertaken challenging trips in the last few years around South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Tajikistan.
