Roman Gaiser joined Threadneedle in 2005 as a High Yield Fund Manager and is responsible for the management of Threadneedle's European High Yield Bond Fund, Threadneedle's Credit Crescendo Fund and a number of institutional mandates. Roman started his career at Renault Credit International as a credit risk analyst and has also worked for Louis Dreyfus Finance (Banque) as a bond analyst, Bankgesellschaft Berlin as a fixed income analyst and F&C Asset Management. Roman graduated in 1995 with a Post Graduate Degree in International Economics and Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.
