Whilst at university he developed a keen interest in the philosophy, process and general methodology of fund management. Gurjit joined Marlborough during 1996. He worked within the investment team from day one, initially analysing unit trusts and OEIC's, and working closely with the Deputy Chairman Nicholas Cooling. This has provided him with the skills needed to manage his own funds.
