The outlook for the global economy remains very challenging according to Charlie Thomas, but he believes the long term case for green investment remains robust. The stimulus package in the US includes financing for a number of green projects which should have a direct impact on the themes in his portfolio both in the US and abroad. The fund also has a large cash balance which Charlie Thomas will look to invest as the economic outlook stabilises.
