HL Research - Our view on this Fund

Mark Dampier Despite a challenging outlook for the global economy this fund has stacked up well relative to its peers this year. The fund’s outperformance can be contributed to the fact that a number of holdings in the fund have been the subject of takeover activity which has boosted their share prices. Avoiding the consumer sectors including the banks has also proven beneficial. We are pleased with how the fund is progressing.
