Based at the Blackpool Head Office of Hargreave Hale Ltd, Investment Manager Mark Whittaker has been running the Extra Income Fund since its launch in 1995. The fund was open exclusively to clients of Hargreave Hale until September 2005 when it was opened to all Marlborough investors.
