HL Research - Our view on this Fund

Mark Dampier John Chatfeild-Roberts remains cautious in his outlook for the world economy. He believes that markets are unlikely to move higher until the US housing market bottoms and there is more clarity over the global economic slowdown. The fund has benefited from exposure to the Japanese market though its oil and gas exposure has been a detractor. The fund currently has over 10% cash to take advantage of opportunities as they arise.
