Mark Dampier Increasing levels of government intervention are likely to bring about more regulation, higher taxes and slower growth. With this bleak outlook Tineke Frikkee maintains the fund's focus on high quality companies with good dividend growth prospects. These businesses are considered most likely to weather a tough environment. Despite the outlook, she is finding plenty of opportunities and expects to be able to grow the fund's dividend this year.
