HL Research - Our view on this Fund

Mark Dampier While the sell off in the commodity market has affected the performance of this fund, Hugh Hendry remains extremely positive about the long term prospects for agriculture. Demand for agricultural produce is driving crop prices higher. Furthermore, underinvestment has created shortages and food demand should not be impacted by the weak economy. After a strong run the fund has fallen heavily in the risk averse environment.
