Although entrepreneurial companies have been more sensitive to the global volatility, Charles Firmin-Didot has stuck to his guns. He remains invested in companies which have consistently beat their earnings forecasts and have solid growth prospects, even though many have been unfairly marked down with the rest of the market. He is expecting entrepreneurs to take advantage of takeover activity which should serve the fund well going forward.
