James has a first class honours degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University and is an ACA and CFA charterholder. James is the Chief Investment Officer of Skandia Investment Management Limited, and previously held the roles of Skandia's Head of Equity Research and Head of UK Equity Manager Research. James has over nine years industry experience having been an accountant with KPMG for four years and a Japanese equity analyst with Orbis for four years prior to joining the Skandia Investment Research Team in 2002.

At Chartwell, Ryan was Head of Discretionary Management, where he was running Multimanager portfolios for private clients as well as having significant involvement in the marketing and PR functions. Ryan has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is a holder of both the Financial Planning Certificate and Investment Management Certificate. Ryan has over 7 years investment experience.

Anthony Gillham

Anthony graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc. in Geography in August 2000. He joined Skandia that year on the Graduate Development Programme and transferred to the Skandia Investment Research team in 2002, gaining the Investment Management Certificate in 2003. He is responsible for Fixed Interest manager research.
