About the Fund Manager
Tim Dickson
Located in: Edinburgh
Tim is an investment director in the global emerging markets team. He is responsible for managing a range of institutional Asian portfolios, and for researching the industrials and basic materials sectors.
Before joining SWIP in 2005, Tim worked for F&C Asset Management for six years. He was part of the Asia-Pacific equity team, and was responsible for managing the South East Asian Fund. Prior to that, he worked at the Bank of England from 1993 to 1997.
Tim holds an MSc (Distinction) in economics from Birkbeck College, the University of London, and a BSc in economics from the City University of London. He is a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and a CFA charterholder.
