About the Fund Manager
Anne West
Located in: London UK
ANNE WEST joined Cazenove in 1989. She is Chief Investment Officer and chairs the Strategy Group meetings. Anne has been involved with the investment process for over 16 years; in 1989 she assumed responsibility for Asian and Japanese portfolios; in 1995 she was appointed Head of Emerging Markets, including Asia and in 1999 moved to Head of Global Equities. In 2001 she was appointed Chief Investment Officer, responsible for all aspects of the investment process and range of specialist investment services we offer to our institutional, retail, charity and private client areas. Anne joined from Scimitar, the fund management subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank, where, as Managing Director, she established their Asian operations. Previously, she was at Hambro Pacific Limited. Anne graduated from Aberdeen University with a degree in Economics and Geography. She is a Managing Director of Cazenove Capital and has 27 years of investment experience.
