David Scammell
Located in: London
Head of Pan-European Government Bond Portfolio Management, based in London. Joined Schroders in 2004 as a UK Fixed Income fund manager - Gilts and Index-Linked. Prior to joining Schroders, David worked at Anchorage Capital Partners where he had overall responsibility for all Global Fixed Income and Interest Rate Derivative Strategy and Products. Previously, David spent 5 years with the United Bank of Kuwait as Head of Global Fixed Income and 10 years working for a number of Central Banks in the area of reserve Management - The Bank of England in London, The Bank for International Settlements in Switzerland and the Central Bank of Finland in Helsinki. Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (UKSIP). MA in Statistics and Econometrics, Helsinki University.
