Paul joined the Group in 1996 initially in a fund management role in Pacific Basin equities before moving on to the position of Investment Strategist in 1999. He assumed the position of Head of Strategy for ISIS in July 2002 and then for F&C in October 2004. He is responsible for Asset Allocation across a broad range of funds. The Strategy team is responsible for the formulation, implementation, and communication of strategy and economics. Paul graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a BA (hons) in Accounting and Economics, before going on to obtain an MPhil in Finance. Paul is an associate member of AIMR and a member of UKSIP.
