We've designed our financial advice service to be clear and straightforward. This helps you understand the service you'll receive before you make any commitment. We've summarised the process into 4 easy steps.

Ongoing support
Once you've received your advice and any necessary investments have been placed we'll continue to stay in touch and do what we can to help you make more of your money. We'll do this in a number of ways.
Regular reviews
To ensure your finances remain on track, catering for any changes in your circumstances, we offer you a regular review which you can arrange with your financial adviser. This will give you added peace of mind and ensure you continue to benefit from the expertise of your adviser.
Specialist helpdesk on-hand
We have a dedicated adviser support team on-hand to answer any general questions you may have. Whether a question about your portfolio or a more general question about investments our specialist team can help.
The Investment Times Magazine
As a client of Hargreaves Lansdown you will also receive our regular Investment Times magazine. It's packed full of informative articles, investment reviews and market commentary from our expert investment team. Although this magazine does not contain advice, it will help keep your finances fresh in your mind and stay informed on the investment world.
I find your Investment Times magazine refreshing. I haven't personally got the time to follow the stock market, so the fact that you provide me with information is very beneficial.
